Shannon McGurl is a Director of Government Relations with a primary focus on federal health policy. Shannon is an expert on prescription drug pricing and health care affordability. She also has experience across a range of health care issues, including telehealth, public and private health coverage, and mental and behavioral health.

Her work with CAHC includes advancing policy priorities related to affordability and access through strategic advocacy efforts, including policy research, analysis, and written materials.

She holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut.
