CAHC joined with more than 50 organizations in opposition to codifying a Most-Favored Nation (MFN) prescription drug pricing model into law.
In a joint comment letter, the groups urged all members of Congress to oppose codifying the MFN drug pricing model. They highlighted that the policy does nothing to address foreign freeloading and would reduce access to new cures and reduce U.S. global competitiveness, ceding ground to China.
